It was just a commendable fit for a fleeting pause in Edinburgh with great value-to-price ratio. The bar staff, especially Brendan, made us feel extremely welcome with his helpful tips about the city. Check out the bar for a friendly atmosphere!

The cozy bar area made for a nice evening, while the check-in was quite chaotic.

The hallway leading to the rooms showed signs of neglect, including litter and a significant bleach stain on the carpet. In-room cleanliness could use improvement. I found leftover items from previous guests, like old milk and yogurt in the fridge. The bathroom had a sticker still attached to the wall and some mould behind the taps. The basin's design left no flat surface for the soap, which was a bit frustrating. I appreciated the basics, but they need to up their game on cleanliness and room prep to match the central location's potential.

reasonable stay but lacks some luxury
The executive room offered a good amount of space, making it cozy for two. The polite staff ensured a smooth check-in, which I appreciated after a long journey.
The breakfast options were quite basic and didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

central base for exploring edinburgh's attractions and parks
I really loved how close this place was to Princes Street Gardens, perfect for a relaxing stroll after a busy day, and it was just a short walk to the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, making it easy to indulge in some culture between walks.

The cheerful and helpful staff made navigating the area enjoyable, with special thanks to Anastasia for her recommendations. The room was spacious and featured a comfortable bed, which contributed to a pleasant stay. the cleanliness left much to be desired, as the remote was missing and the bathroom toiletries were not replenished during the stay. Dinner was disappointing, with poorly presented dishes that did not meet expectations.

Perfect concert getaway!
We stayed for 2 nights and it was awesome! The staff were super chill and helpful. Clare at the front desk was great, always with a smile. Loved the cozy bar/lounge area too! Only thing was that it’s a bit far from the main attractions, but the walk was nice. a fab place!
